“If I had a rock I would throw it at you right now.”

Them’s the fightin’ words a judge spat at a lawyer which sparked a brawl between the men inside a Florida courthouse.

In an extraordinary scene caught on courtroom video, Judge John Murphy allegedly became so enraged with public defence lawyer Andrew Weinstock that he challenged him to step outside.

“Stop pissing me off,” Murphy says in the video.

“Just sit down. I’ll take care of it. I don’t need your help. Sit down.”

But when the lawyer digs in and refuses to comply the judge snaps.

“If you want to fight, let’s go out back and I’ll just beat your ass,” Judge Murphy says.

“Let’s go right now,” Weinstock replies.

The two legal professionals then stride out of the courtroom and can be heard on the camera’s microphone brawling in the hallway.

“You want to f— with me?” one of the men yells.

In an incredible finale to the bizarre scene, the judge is then applauded as he walks back into the courtroom having apparently won the fight.

Both participants refused to press charges but could lose their jobs or even face being disbarred, Orlando’s 6 News reports.
